DriveGuardians Fleet Safety programs are billed monthly per vehicle at the rate in your service agreement (Fleet Safety $58/vehicle/mo or Safety Intelligence $88/vehicle/mo). No long-term contract on standard plans. Cancel with 30 days written notice.
Pilot offer covers 3–5 vehicles for 90 days at no hardware cost. After the pilot, standard program rates apply. Permanently deployed hardware is subject to the terms of your service agreement. Return program details in your agreement.
DriveGuardians may connect you with independent local installers upon request. This is a referral only. DriveGuardians is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer. DriveGuardians is not liable for installer fees, availability, or workmanship.
The AI dashcam uses facial recognition to identify drivers and link detected driving behaviors to individual driver profiles. This constitutes biometric data collection. Data is used solely for driver behavior matching and fleet safety analytics. Never sold or shared with third parties.
User Responsibility for Evolving Law: It is your responsibility as the fleet operator to monitor and comply with applicable biometric privacy law in all jurisdictions where your vehicles operate, including obtaining any required driver consents. The company's obligation is limited to disclosures current as of this agreement. Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, California, and Washington have active biometric regulations requiring driver consent.
Event video clips stored 30 days by default. Extended retention available by request. Trip, GPS, and safety score data retained for active subscription plus 60 days. We do not sell fleet data to insurers, brokers, or advertisers without explicit written consent.
DriveGuardians is a fleet safety intelligence tool, not a guarantee of accident prevention. DriveGuardians' liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. DriveGuardians is not liable for accidents, injuries, insurance outcomes, or regulatory violations regardless of whether the program was in use.
